Calendar
The Calendar allows to check the availability of our charter fleet as well as book aircrafts. It is possible to simply drag on an empty cell to directly decide when and for how long a booking shall be registered or click on a cell to edit it.
Darker gray cells are used to show times when the aircrafts cannot start (on Sunday till 10am) or after the sunset.
You may also drag your reservations around to change aircraft or date & time you want your reservation to be.
You may place a reservation on a date & time which already contains a reservation, in this case your reservation will be kept as "standby" in case the first reservation is canceled or moved. In that case your reservation will be set as primary and you will then be able to use the aircraft at that time.
Make sure to follow our Charter rules.
The title of the page shows the date / range displayed as well as let you change it. If you click the / icons you may quickly navigate or click the row to choose the date via the calendar.
On top of the calendar or on the title you may see meteo icons like this . Moving the mouse over the icon will show the forecast for this particular day. The forecast is shown only for the coming 7 days. Warning: As any other meteo forecast we cannot garantee the quality / accuracy of the forecast.
On the top left of the calendar the icon let you decide which aircrafts shall be displayed or not. While the calendar is in setup mode, it is possible to re-order the aircrafts by dragging the callsigns around.
Under the calendar a button Day View / Week View allows to switch the calendar view. The software will remember your choice and present it the next time you use the calendar.
Under the calendar (near the bottom of the page) you will see the list of of your next coming reservations. Once the booking time approaches it's possible to directly jump from the calendar to the new movement page.
Outlook import
- Click on the button near the URL of the Calendar Link to copy the link into the clipboard.
- Inside Outlook, open the calendar, and in the ribbon bar, choose "Open Calendar" => "From Internet".
- Paste the URL and press "Ok".
This will let Outlook to import the reservation calendar as a new calendar and automatically updates it in case of changes.
Customize colors
You may customize the colors used for each reservation type. To do so, click on the reservation type preview near the bottom of the page, and a color picker will be presented to you. Choose the color wished, press ok and the new color will be set.
